Every site we host comes with one of three maintenance plans, with response times from ten business days on the basic tier down to two business days at the top. Content updates, security patches, light styling tweaks, and uptime tracking are all covered in scope, and anything larger (new pages, custom features, integrations) gets a clear written estimate at £15 per hour before any work starts. The studio is the single point of contact, so there's no support queue to navigate.

What counts as a content update?
Small changes within the current site structure, such as text, images, opening hours or prices. Plus and Premium cover broader changes and light styling tweaks.
How quickly are changes made?
Within ten business days on Basic, five on Plus and two on Premium, with Premium requests prioritised in the queue.
What isn't covered?
New pages, custom features, redesigns, integrations and complex troubleshooting. These are billed at £15 per hour with a one-hour minimum, and you get a written estimate before any work starts.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up, move down or cancel with 30 days' notice. There's no minimum tie-in.
