Microsoft 365 or Exchange: which do I need?

Microsoft 365 includes Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and OneDrive. Exchange is a simpler mailbox-only option for businesses that just need email. Both run on your own business domain.

What does the price include?

The Microsoft licence, the mandatory management and your chosen support tier, in one per-user monthly price. Anything beyond the support scope is billed at £15 an hour.

Are password resets and account recovery included?

Yes. Password resets, two-factor authentication and account recovery are covered on every plan, with no per-incident charges.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You pay the published monthly price per user, with no setup fee on top. Plans run month to month with 30 days' notice.
