Anything that falls outside the maintenance scope (new pages, custom features, redesigns, complex troubleshooting, third-party integrations) is billed at £15/hour with a one-hour minimum. You'll get an estimate before any work starts. Payment terms are 14 days from completion.

Are these prices really the prices?
Yes. Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, SEO, Microsoft 365, Exchange) are exactly the published monthly prices, with no setup fees or hidden extras on top. Project work is quoted up front based on what you actually need.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices on the site are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added on the invoice where it applies.
Can I change plan later if my needs change?
Yes. Move up, move down, or drop a service entirely with 30 days' notice. The aim is to keep things flexible as the business changes, not to lock you in.
What counts as out-of-scope work?
Anything beyond your maintenance plan: new pages, custom features, redesigns, integrations, or complex troubleshooting. These are billed at £15 per hour with a one-hour minimum, and you get a written estimate before any work starts.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Recurring services run month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel or change. There is no minimum tie-in.
How does payment work?
Recurring services are billed monthly in advance. Project work is invoiced against the milestones in the proposal. Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.
