Three tiers cover everything from a small brochure site through to busier business applications, with uptime guarantees from 98% on the entry plan up to 99.9% at the top. Live monitoring on the higher tiers means we usually know about an issue before you do.

Uptime SLA is measured monthly. If the SLA is missed, a hosting service credit is applied to the next invoice. One Maintenance plan per hosted site is required.

Where is the hosting based?

Which plan do I need?
Basic suits a small brochure site. Plus and Premium add more processing power, more bandwidth and live monitoring notifications for busier sites. If you're not sure, we'll recommend one when we talk.
What happens if the uptime guarantee is missed?
Uptime is measured monthly. If your plan's uptime SLA is missed, a hosting service credit is applied to your next invoice.
Do I need a maintenance plan as well?
Yes. Every hosted site needs one maintenance plan, from £10 a month, which covers security updates, patches and uptime tracking.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Hosting runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel or change plan.
